Come potete ben non sapere la vera storia della cucina mediterranea nasce a Pioppi Paese della costiera Cilentana da un famoso personaggio Americano che si chiamavano ANCEL Marghareth KEYS famosa anche della mozzarella di latte vera Bufala che oggi penso non esista piu per motivi di costi molto elevati. La dieta mediterranea ebbe inizio della ricerca
nel tempo presentarono come grazie al cibo e alla dieta mediterranea si potrebbe vivere piu a lungo del solito anche se oggi quasi tutti si avvalgono di questo tipo di storia a parte della vita della persona. ora vi racconto come ho conosciuto il Dott. KEYS eravamo nel bel mezzo della ripresa economica e per guadagnare un po di lire per i nostri bisogni personali. ha pioppi si doveva pitturare interamente una casa di un signore straniero il pittore che doveva fare questo lavoro mi interpello chiedendomi se ero disposto ad aiutarlo io dissi di si. E cosi indirettamente conobbi il dott. KEYS nato nel 1904 a Colorado spring Biologo fisiologo e nutrizionista,aluniversità del Minnesota. il lavoro duro piu di tre mesi tanto era grande la sua 🏡 casa.nella seconda guerra mondiale per conto del ministero occupandosi del programma sull’alimentazione rimanendo colpito dalla bassa incidenza di problemi cardiovascolari e gastrointestinali trasferendosi poi a pioppi negli anni 60divenendo il quartier generale per i suoi studi,DOPO DECENNI DI STUDI CONCLUSE CHE LALIMENTAZIONE A BASE DI. PANE, PASTA, FRUTTA, VERDURE, LEGUMI, OLIO EXTRA VERGINE D’OLIVA, PESCE E POCHISSIMA CARNE, SI RESE CONTO DEL BENEFICIO DELLA DIETA MEDITERRANEA ”EAT WELL AND STAY WELL”

The true history of Mediterranean cuisine
As you may well not know, the true history of Mediterranean cuisine was born in Pioppi (Salerno), a village on the Cilento coast, by a famous American character called ANCEL Marghareth KEYS, who was also famous for her mozzarella made from real buffalo milk, which I don’t think exists today for reasons of high costs. The Mediterranean diet began research
over time they presented how thanks to food and the Mediterranean diet you could live longer than usual even if today almost everyone makes use of this type of story to part of the life of the person. now I’ll tell you how I met Dr. KEYS we were in the midst of economic recovery and to earn a little money for our personal needs. has poplars had to paint entirely a house of a foreign gentleman the painter who had to do this work asked me if I was willing to help him I said yes. And so indirectly I knew Dr. KEYS born in 1904 in Colorado spring Biologist physiologist and nutritionist, at the University of Minnesota. the work lasted more than three months so big was his 🏡 house. in the second world war on behalf of the ministry dealing with the program on nutrition being impressed by the low incidence of cardiovascular and gastrointestinal problems then moved to poplar in the 60s becoming the headquarters for his studies, AFTER DECADES OF STUDIES CONCLUDED THAT THE FOOD BASED ON. BREAD, PASTA, FRUIT, VEGETABLES, PULSES, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, FISH AND VERY LITTLE MEAT, HE REALISED THE BENEFITS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET “EAT WELL AND STAY WELL”.
TODAY I THEREFORE DEDUCE THAT THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET WAS BORN IN PIOPPI IN THE PROVINCE OF SALERNO AND NOT IN AFRICA WHERE SO MANY CHARLATANS WOULD LIKE TO TAKE CREDIT FOR DEFENESTRATING THE HOMELAND OF MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE.
